Call for Artists & Artisans – Join Our Creators Carnival & Holiday Showcase!

We’re so excited to announce that our fall programming will wrap up with a magical evening of art, creativity, and community – and we’d love for YOU to be part of it!

 The Creators Carnival & Town Hall Kids Holiday Showcase

 Thursday, December 18

 Carnival/ Artisan Fair: 4–9 PM

 THK live show: 7–8 PM

 Old Town Hall, Waterford, Norfolk County

This special event will feature the incredible talents of the children and youth in our arts programs, who will be sharing their artistic creations and presenting a joyful holiday show in the theatre. At the same time, our lobby gallery and upper theatre will be buzzing with artistic displays, local makers, and festive fun.

We are inviting local artists and artisans to join the celebration by booking a free booth space. The only cost? A modest item donated to our raffle basket fundraiser, with proceeds supporting Town Hall Kids.

Important details for artists:

•  Raffle item drop-off/pick-up deadline: December 1

•  Booth set-up: Dec. 17 (7–9 PM) OR Dec. 18 (10 AM–2 PM)

•  Please bring your own means of accepting payment for your creations

•  Attendance required for the event evening
